beKIND or beGRATEFUL Mindfulness School Assembly
During the beKIND or beGRATEFUL Mindfulness Assembly Susan will teach teachers and students a variety of simple and easy breathing techniques including “Give Me 5” to help everyone better deal with stress, to improve concentration and self-regulate their thoughts and emotions. As well the entire school will begin Day 1 of the beKIND or beGRATEFUL Mindfulness Challenge.
