Bringing a strong mental component to your sport is as important as building your physical fitness. This is why Susan developed a kit to apply mindfulness and meditation techniques to your sport. Practice techniques (1-11 minutes in length) to help you relax, stay focused and motivated to enhance your athletic performance. Also included is a 25 minute guided meditation with body sensing, breathing techniques and cue activation for power, strength and determination. On competition day the physical training is done. Who wins is decided on mental toughness.
