Online beKIND Mindfulness Event in the comfort of your home for kids, teens & adults

September 1 & September 2, 2020 Learn a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques (32 seconds-12 minutes) for relaxation, emotional balance and self-regulation of thoughts and emotions to integrate into your daily life during times of uncertainty.



While the 2020 Alberta beKIND MINDFITNESS Tour has come to an end the ripple effect has not.  I had such an amazing time teaching 20 sessions to thousands of teachers across the province, however with everyone going on I will only be teaching online until further notice.

Sometimes it takes something major to happen to cause change or a shift in direction. So with this in mind the talk is over as I now have more time. I’m just sorry it took the COVID-19 to free up more time in my schedule to do this.

I’ve been talking about it for years and people have also been asking me for years to go online. My answer has always been I will when I have more time. Looks like the time is now and I can’t imagine a better time to give you the tools to help you find calm in the chaos and uncertainty we are experiencing in our world.

While I’m not new to teaching as I’ve taught almost 20 000 kids, teens and adults about Mindfulness, Meditation and KINDness I am new to teaching online as I’ve always taught in person in corporations, schools, conferences, yoga studios etc.

So I’m excited to say this is turning into something even bigger as we will be coming together online with people joining us from around the world for the 2 Part ONLINE beKIND Mindfulness Event on September 1 & 2.  The beauty about this is you can do this in the comfort of your own home and you may even want to stay in your pyjamas and grab a blanket as I will also be guiding you through a meditation that induces profound relaxation for your body and mind.  All you have to do it lie there.

A calm mind is a focused mind. During this event, you will learn a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques (32 seconds-12 minutes) for relaxation, emotional balance, self-regulation of thoughts and emotions and improve focus & concentration to integrate into your daily life and to share with others. You will experience in 30 seconds how you can shift a negative thought pattern with a simple breathing technique and practice a meditation backed by scientific research showing benefits for depression, improved sleep, reduced stress and increased blood flow to the frontal lobe…the area responsible for attention, focus, concentration and memory.. Together we will also begin Day 1 of the 40 day beKIND Mindfulness Challenge.  It’s simple and easy to do.  All you need is you.

Early bird cost is $50.00 + GST (August 14).  After August 14 the cost is $60.00 + GST. Registration closes August 30 at 6:00pm.  All kids & teens are FREE with one adult registration.

The beKIND Mindfulness Kit is  $50.00 + GST (optional).

Send an e-transfer for $52.50 to what you do for a living, why you registered for this event (what you hope to get out of it) and something you are currently struggling with.

Once you have done this I will send you more details. You will need an internet connection and can do the training off your phone, iPad or computer.
