While the 2020 Alberta beKIND MINDFITNESS Tour has come to an end the ripple effect has not. I had such an amazing time teaching 20 sessions to thousands of teachers across the province, however with everyone going on I will only be teaching online until further notice.
Sometimes it takes something major to happen to cause change or a shift in direction. So with this in mind the talk is over as I now have more time. I’m just sorry it took the COVID-19 to free up more time in my schedule to do this.
I’ve been talking about it for years and people have also been asking me for years to go online. My answer has always been I will when I have more time. Looks like the time is now and I can’t imagine a better time to give you the tools to help you find calm in the chaos and uncertainty we are experiencing in our world.
While I’m not new to teaching as I’ve taught almost 20 000 kids, teens and adults about Mindfulness, Meditation and KINDness I am new to teaching online as I’ve always taught in person in corporations, schools, conferences, yoga studios etc.
So I’m excited to say this is turning into something even bigger as we will be coming together online with people joining us from around the world for the 2 Part ONLINE beKIND Mindfulness Event on Mindfulness Mondays May 18 & May 25 from 6:30pm-7:30pm (MST). The beauty about this is you can do this in the comfort of your own home and you may even want to stay in your pyjamas and grab a blanket as I will also be guiding you through a meditation that induces profound relaxation for your body and mind. All you have to do it lie there.
