What is the Online Global Mindfulness Challenge?
People from across Canada, USA, Europe and Asia have joined us for the Online Global 40 Day Mindfulness Challenge. On the Blue Moon on January 31, 2018, you will have a special opportunity to partake when you receive both a video and written PDF. There are two parts to the Mindfulness Challenge. Part one is doing a powerful meditation for 11 minutes a day and part 2 is a simple and easy daily Mindfulness Challenge assignment both for 40 consecutive days…if you miss a day you start again. (neither involve anything physically strenuous and it’s open to all levels and ages).
This year I’d like to go for it and take things up another notch which is why I chose to share this powerful and sacred meditation with you. This meditation was first passed on to me in 2010. I was told it elevates, purifies and empowers. So come join us and let’s see where this meditation takes you in 2018.

Why January 31, 2018?
On January 31, 2018 it will be a Blue Moon (2nd Full Moon in a month). If used correctly the Full Moon is a time of positive opportunity. During the Full Moon there is a tremendous amount of energy created and the energy is amped up. As a result, anything going on in your life as well as in your body and mind are amped up.
