A Shift: From In Person To Online 
While the 2020 Alberta beKIND MINDFITNESS Tour has come to an end the ripple effect has not.  I had such an amazing time teaching 20 sessions to thousands of teachers across the province, however because of CoVid I will only be teaching group sessions online until further notice.
Sometimes it takes something major to happen to cause change or a shift in direction. So with this in mind the talk is over as I now have more time. I’m just sorry it took the COVID-19 to free up more time in my schedule to do this.
I’ve been talking about it for years and people have also been asking me for years to go online. My answer has always been I will when I have more time. Looks like the time is now and I can’t imagine a better time to give you the tools to help you and your famlly find calm in the chaos and uncertainty we are experiencing in our world.
While I’m not new to teaching as I’ve taught over 20 000 kids, teens and adults about Mindfulness, Meditation and KINDness I am new to teaching online as I’ve always taught in person in corporations, schools, conferences, yoga studios etc.
Since I started teaching online March 2020 it has literlaly opened up a whole new world and it has turned into something even bigger with people joining us from across Canada, USA and Europe. The beauty about this is nobody leaves home and you can safely do this in the comfort of your own home. You may even want to change into your sweat or pyjamas and grab a blanket as I will also be guiding you through a meditation that induces profound relaxation for your body and mind.  All you have to do it lie there.

A calm mind is a focused mind. Our world has changed and most of us are struggling to make sense of what’s going on trying to find calm in the chaos and uncertainty we are all experiencing. I can’t imagine a better time to bring us together and teach you a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques (30 seconds -12 minutes) for relaxation, emotional balance, self-regulation of thoughts and emotions and to improve focus & concentration to integrate in your daily life and to share with your kids. You will also experience in 30 seconds how to shift a negative thought pattern with a simple breathing technique and practice a meditation backed by scientific research showing benefits for depression, improved sleep, reduced stress and increased blood flow to the frontal lobe…the area responsible for attention, focus, concentration and memory. Together we will also begin Day 1 of the 40 Day beGRATEFUL Mindfulness Challenge.  It’s simple and easy to do.  All you need is you.

COST 
Early bird cost is $50.00 + GST (October 18 or November 19).  After October 18 or November 19 the cost is $60.00 + GST. Registration closes October 27 or November 27 at 6:00pm.
Kids & teens: $20.00 + GST with one adult registration.
Household or Family: $75.00 + GST

You will need wifi and receive a zoom link with more information the day before the workshop.
