Over 20 years as a multi-sport world medallist, fitness trainer & international yoga & meditation teacher has enabled Susan to develop this unique signature MINDFITNESS Boot Camp. With a focus on training functional movement patterns she trains both your body and mind using movement and breath. These sessions are open to all levels as Susan works with your individual needs helping you reach your personal goals. Have fun getting into shape and leave feeling energized, refreshed and grounded as each session also ends with a meditation.
