Mindfitness is the condition of being mentally and physically healthy.
Sometimes we jam too many things into our day that we sacrifice a quality life for a “quantity life” with no time for you. This often leaves us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected as we scramble to get things done yet there never seems to be enough hours in the day.
What if I were to tell you there are some simple and easy ways you can significantly improve your well-being and quality of life by connecting your mind and body through movement and breath. I will also show you how to use this for the DPA requirements with your students at school.
As a fitness trainer I was getting everyone very physically fit, however my clients were telling me they were stressed, anxious, couldn’t think or focus, had problems concentrating and sleeping as their mind was so busy and they couldn’t turn it off. I quickly realized getting people physically fit was not enough and I needed to look at the mind too.
So come join us and experience some Mindfitness exercises where we combine Mindfulness and Fitness to create Mindfitness.
