MINDFITNESS is the condition of being mentally, emotionally, socially and physically healthy.

As a fitness trainer I was getting everyone very physically fit, however my clients were telling me they were stressed, anxious, couldn’t think or focus, had problems concentrating and sleeping as their mind was so busy and they couldn’t turn it off.  I quickly realized getting people physically fit was not enough and I needed to look at the mind too since a calm mind is a focused mind.

Using my expertise as a fitness trainer, elite athlete and international yoga and meditation teacher, I developed this unique signature MINDFITNESS Training where I combine Mindfulness and Fitness to create MINDFITNESS.  Designed for anyone looking to improve their mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing, I use movement and breath to connect your body and mind. It’s simple and easy to do.  All you need is you.

You can’t change your external environment, however you can change what you bring to it. During this session I will teach you a variety of MINDFITNESS techniques for relaxation, to improve fitness, focus, attention and concentration and to foster self-regulation. You will also experience in 30 seconds how you can shift negative thought patterns with a very simple breathing technique.
