Description

Change is inevitable and difficult for many. When we feel forced to change this can create a sense of losing control of our environment which can lead to increased stress, anxiety, depression, anger and loss of hope to name a few.  Do we really have control over our environment and what happens to us?
The focus of the session is to make a change, do something different, so you can have a different outcome.  Join us to learn a variety of techniques to help you and your students better cope and adapt to changing times.
